Location of Universitas Hostel

Kinizsi Hostel boasts a great location on the Buda side of the Hungarian capital, right in the university and party area of the 11th Budapest district. The Danube is just a 5-minute walk away and therefore some rooms offer a beutiful view of the city and the illuminated Danube River at night.

Petőfi Bridge, the closest bridge will take you to the Pest side of Budapest in a couple of minutes on foot, or you can also use the main tramlines of Budapest, (4 or 6) which stop just accross the road. Due to the excellent public transport access of this seasonal hostel, there are no difficulties to find the right way to the city centre or come back late at night.

There are 3 dominant open-air music clubs near the hostel. Café del Rio is a high-quality open-air music club playing house and dance music and inviting super-famous DJ-s to make the party as hot as you'd wish. Zöld Pardon (Green Pardon) is a simple music club offering live concerts every night with Hungarian bands. A38 boat is located at the foot of the Petőfi Bridge, where you can be part of the Hungarian underground life and underground concerts with bands and djs from all over the world.
